Revamping ShengXi Apartments.

We were honored to undertake the transformation of ShengXi Apartments, a project situated in the vibrant city of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The brief was intriguing: to convert an existing apartment building into a personal sanctuary for the developer, encompassing various communal and private areas.

Our design approach focused on crafting spaces that resonated with the developer's lifestyle and aspirations, all while maintaining a consistent aesthetic language. The revamp encompassed the corridor, reception counter, lift lobby, washrooms, an entertainment room, and a luxurious apartment room. Each space was thoughtfully designed to embody an atmosphere of elegance and comfort, carefully tailored to the developer's needs.

The reception counter and lift lobby set the tone with their inviting aesthetic, smoothly transitioning into the corridor and common areas. The entertainment room became a stylish hub for leisure activities, while the apartment room was transformed into a tranquil retreat. Our design for ShengXi Apartments brings together luxurious living with a personal touch, offering the developer a unique, customized living experience in the heart of Sihanoukville.
